Envisioning the future of seaweed packaging.
The Challenge:
Prototype and design seaweed packaging using Sway’s seaweed based films to serve as proofs of concept for future pilots and partners.
Just as Louis Kahn picked up and asked “Brick, what do you want to be?”, so were tasked with holding up a roll of seaweed film and asking “Seaweed, what do you want to be?”
The Solution:
A veritable cambrian explosion of prototype designs spanning polybags, windows, wraps, closures, and ties.
Groundwork was laid for future design opportunities & manufacturing trials
